Boxes
On site, we carry a variety of sizes and specifications of stock, corrugated board, which allows us to convert into boxes, wraps, pallet sets, etc. bespoke to your requirements in any quantity -
We can produce a wide range of FEFCO styles (types of boxes) without the need for tooling [0200, 0201, 0203, 0300, 0310, 0401, and 0409].
We can also produce die cut cartons, by using bespoke tooling, on our Roller Press, with a large width of 2m and unrestricted length, this gives us flexibility for small, intricate designs to much bigger die cuts (as our “coffin box” shows) and sizes beyond.
We can also convert correx (plastic corrugated sheet) into cartons, discs, wraps. Correx is a great alternative to corrugated card, it can also be used instead of timber and metal crates as it is water resistant, durable and can be supplied flat packed for self-

We manufacture stock and bespoke boxes in both single and double wall and our speciality is small quantities, produced quickly at our premises in Sheffield. We have the ability to finish, both by hand and machine, all cartons either glued or stapled. This means we are unrestricted in the type of box we are able to finish.
We hold a range of stock boxes in both single and double wall cardboard (look at the table below for more information). Our stock board covers a range of thicknesses to suit different degrees of strength (single wall for lighter goods, double wall for heavy goods & extra strong double wall-
