BOXES

We manufacture stock and bespoke boxes in both single and double wall and our speciality is small quantities, produced quickly at our premises in Sheffield. We have the ability to finish, both by hand and machine, all cartons either glued or stapled. This means we are unrestricted in the type of box we are able to finish.

On site, we carry a variety of sizes and specifications of stock, corrugated board, which allows us to convert into boxes, wraps, pallet sets, etc. bespoke to your requirements in any quantity – 1, 5, 50, 500, 5000.

We hold a range of stock boxes in both single and double wall cardboard (look at the table below for more information). Our stock board covers a range of thicknesses to suit different degrees of strength (single wall for lighter goods, double wall for heavy goods & extra strong double wall- great for pallet boxes and exported goods). If we don’t stock the box you’re after then a bespoke box can be manufactured to suit your needs.

We are flexible with the quantities we can produce for bespoke sized boxes, wraps, fittings, etc. The material used would be relevant to the job itself and the performance required from the box.

Our machinery allows us to produce a wide range of box styles without the need for tooling. With short set up times, we can produce boxes to any size, style, quantity you require.

If the design is more intricate, or not possible for us to make on our box-making machines, we do then have the option to die cut the box style. This process is subject to a tooling charge, but the quantities are not rigid and we can again be flexible and adapt this to suit your requirements.

Our experienced sales team are able to help design box styles, fittings, internal packaging, etc. We welcome customers to come to site, but can also arrange for an external visit to your premises.

If you want to promote your business, brand, product, a direct print onto the box is a simple and cost-effective method to do this. We are able to flexo-print small quantities using our box-making machine and therefore without significant quantities, there are restrictions to the size and definition but suitable for bold prints, references and product identification. We then have the ability to print greater detail, multiple colours, finer definition, but this can carry a minimum order quantity.

We do also have the options of digitally printed boxes before conversion for a higher quality and more colourful print, and/or litho-graphic printing with sheet lamination for display packaging. Our ability to print is not restricted and we can discuss all options that are relevant to the finish, box size/style and quantity required.

We can also convert correx (plastic corrugated sheet) into cartons, discs, wraps. Correx is a great alternative to corrugated card, it can also be used instead of timber and metal crates as it is water resistant, durable and can be supplied flat packed for self-assembly.
