BESPOKE FOAM

We keep foam in stock in sheet form and roll form, in different thicknesses/widths in order to provide you with immediate options for protecting your products.
We are able to cut/press foam into pads, strips, blocks – to suit your requirements and for more intricate designs we can press to different shapes and laminate sheets to give different depths of foam.

As part of our factory we can handmake bespoke foam frames to fully encapsulate your product(s) to ensure that when packaged into a box/crate, the item(s) remain fully suspended with ample void to provide a secure cushioned journey and offering void in the event that the package is punctured during transit.

Our sales team are experienced with various designs and styles in order to be able to discuss/view your requirements and offer a suitable solution to ensure that A to B is a safe journey, regardless of it’s distance and handling.

No minimum quantities required, so we are able to produce frames and solutions for individual items along with much higher volumes.
